Beyond Compliance: How Cuipu’s Enterprise Standard Redefines Safety in Zero-Additive Skincare Manufacturing

At Guangzhou Cuipu Biology, we believe true skincare safety isn’t just about meeting industry norms—it’s about exceeding them. That’s why we developed and rigorously adhere to our own Enterprise Manufacturing Standard (Q/CPSW 1-2019), a set of requirements that far surpasses national and international benchmarks for purity, stability, and skin compatibility.

While conventional skincare follows basic industry standards (such as China’s QB/T 2660-2004), Cuipu’s internal protocol imposes drastically stricter limits on critical safety indicators:

  • Microbiological Controls: Our allowance for total bacterial count is ≤10 CFU/ml—100 times stricter than the industry norm (≤1000 CFU/ml).
  • Heavy Metals & Toxins: We enforce near-zero tolerance for mercury (≤1 mg/kg), lead (≤10 mg/kg), arsenic (≤2 mg/kg), and cadmium (≤5 mg/kg). We also fully prohibit formaldehyde, methanol, and dioxane—substances often permitted or ignored in conventional production.
  • Skin Safety: Every formulation undergoes mandatory repeat-insult patch testing and acute ocular irritation tests to guarantee non-irritancy, even for sensitive skin.

But we go deeper. Unlike typical standards, Cuipu’s protocol includes:

  • Stability testing under extreme heat (40°C) and cold (5°C)
  • pH balance aligned with skin’s natural environment (4.0–8.5)
  • Clarity and sensory consistency requirements without exception

This uncompromising approach is rooted in our core philosophy: Zero-Additive, Clinically Validated, Cell-Level Care. By controlling every aspect of production—from European-sourced botanicals to sixth-generation emulsification technology—we ensure that every product bearing your brand isn’t just effective. It’s ethically crafted, scientifically verified, and truly safe.

Choose a manufacturing partner who doesn’t follow standards—who sets them.
